For Days 1-3, we are warmly welcomed into Zambia at Victoria Falls and transferred to our opulent tented camp at Thorntree River Lodge. Using the Mosi-oa-Tunya National Park as our base, we combine a nature-inspired safari with adventure activities at Victoria Falls.
We start the day with a Big 5 game drive, then set off to explore the world’s most famous waterfall. We may choose to take a helicopter flight over Victoria Falls, swim in Devil’s Pool, or ride the Livingstone Express before returning to camp in time for a sunset game drive.

For Days 4-6, we cross the border into Zimbabwe by road. With time to visit the Zimbabwean side of Victoria Falls, we head to the airport for a light aircraft flight to Lake Kariba.
For the next three nights, we stay at Bumi Hills Safari Lodge, located on a hillside at the water’s edge. Here, we can enjoy fishing on Lake Kariba or get up close to wildlife, including hippos by boat.
Game drives are quiet and diverse, with abundant birdlife. In the evenings, fine dining experiences mark the end of a restful day with serene views.

For Days 7-10, we start the day with an early game drive, then travel by flight to Mana Pools, one of Zimbabwe’s most remote conservation areas.
Game drives here are characterised by large populations of elephants, wild dogs, and rare species of antelope. This is also the perfect place to enjoy a walking safari.
At the tented camp (Nyamatusi Camp), we can relax in the bar area, share stories over sundowners, and enjoy camp dining experiences in a lively atmosphere.
