Arrive in Seoul

Welcome to South Korea! Touch down in the capital, Seoul, where your driver will be waiting to take you to your hotel. Get your first glimpse of this futuristic metropolis, a sprawling mass of towering skyscrapers set against decorative Buddhist temples, landscaped sculpture parks, and mazelike street markets.

Settle in and spend the rest of the day as you please; rest at your hotel or head out to explore the neon streets of the city. Enjoy a cozy afternoon in one of the many themed cafés, wander around the artistic Mural Village, or board a Hangang River cruise to catch the sunset. To relax, visit a jjimjilbang (bathhouse) to soak in hot pools.

Explore Seoul’s highlights and delve into Korean drama on today’s private tour. Begin at Gyeongbokgung Palace, the residence of the Joseon Dynasty’s royal family, and watch the guard changing ceremony at Gwanghwamun.

Visit the National Folk Museum to learn about Korean culture, then head to Bukchon Hanok Village, known for traditional homes and featured in many K-dramas.

End the day at Gwangjang Market, sampling street food such as tteokbokki, kimbap, banana milk, and bungeoppang.

Continue to KyungHee University, known for its Roman-style architecture and cherry blossoms.

Visit Lotte World, a major filming location featuring indoor and outdoor theme parks, shopping malls, and attractions.

Discover Nami Island and European Village

Travel outside Seoul to explore more K-drama locations. Visit the Garden of Morning Calm and stroll through its themed gardens.

Continue to Petite France, a French-style village, and nearby Italia Village featuring Italian-themed exhibits and architecture.

In the afternoon, visit Nami Island, known for its tree-lined paths and seasonal beauty, including cherry blossoms in spring and vibrant foliage in autumn.

Final Departure from Seoul

Today your South Korea adventure comes to an end. If time allows, take an optional trip to a Korean folk village with Joseon-style houses used in historical dramas.
