One Precious Moment in Rwanda

We start our journey in Kigali with a visit to the Genocide Museum before making our way by road to Akagera National Park.

We explore the Akagera National Park in depth with daily day and night game drives, walking safaris, and boat trips in the beautiful and untouched wilderness, where a sense of raw tranquillity prevails. We will base ourselves at Magashi, from where we will set out on our daily game viewing activities.

We continue exploring Akagera National Park with further opportunities for day and night game drives, walking safaris, and boating activities in this untouched wilderness.

After a final morning game drive, we make our way by road into the volcanic landscapes that are home to some of the world’s last remaining mountain gorillas.

From Sabyinyo Silverback Lodge, we will have the opportunity to spend some time with the silverback gorillas as we trek into their natural habitat.

We will have another full day to enjoy some of the many beautiful hikes in the region or to head out in search of the Golden Monkeys.

After an exhilarating week, we travel back to Kigali in our private vehicle to meet our international flight home.
