Fly to Luang Prabang. Upon arrival, begin your stay in the cultural capital of Laos, a UNESCO-protected town known for its beautiful temples, surrounding countryside, and peaceful atmosphere.

Spend time exploring the town, visiting sites such as the dazzling Wat Sensoukarahm temple and learning about Laos’ ethnic minorities at the Traditional Arts & Ethnology Centre.

Take a boat ride up the Mekong River to venture into the Pak Ou Caves, known for their thousands of Buddha statues.

Visit the stunning Kuang Si Waterfall and climb Mount Phousi to watch the sunset across the hills. Embrace the spiritual side of Luang Prabang by participating in Tak Bat, the traditional alms-giving ceremony, or the Baci ritual.

Head from Luang Prabang on a scenic three-hour drive to Nong Khiaw. Relax after your journey at a riverside lodge on the banks of the Nam Ou River, surrounded by limestone mountains.

Spend your time trekking, cycling, and kayaking, as well as exploring caves hidden in the mountains, including Pathok Cave, which was used as a bomb shelter during the Vietnam War.

Travel to Vientiane, Laos’ capital city, known for its French colonial architecture and relaxed atmosphere. Visit cultural highlights including the Patuxay Monument and That Luang.

Head off the beaten track in southern Laos to explore the Bolaven Plateau, home to hill tribes, farms, coffee plantations, and waterfalls.
