Grand Canyon Adventure

Upon arrival into Page Airport, your guide will pick you up and transfer you approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes to your accommodations near the Grand Canyon’s North Rim.

In the late afternoon, you will head to Cape Royal for a short hike of approximately half a mile. Along the way, you will stop at Angels Window, a natural arch carved into the canyon, before continuing to Cape Royal to witness a spectacular sunset over the Grand Canyon.

You will spend a full day exploring the North Rim of the Grand Canyon with your guide. Hiking options include the Widforss Trail, which follows the canyon rim for approximately 2.5 miles before heading into the forest and continuing to Widforss Point.

Another option is the North Kaibab Trail, the least visited but most challenging of the Grand Canyon’s maintained trails. Starting at a higher elevation than South Rim trails, it descends through multiple ecosystems, from alpine forest to desert terrain, offering views into Bright Angel Canyon and dramatic rock formations carved into the cliffs.

For day hikes, your guide may suggest reaching Supai Tunnel or continuing further to Roaring Springs.

Today you will explore the Rainbow Rim Trail, the only singletrack trail along the canyon rim open to mountain biking. This scenic trail stretches over 18 miles and connects five observation points, each offering sweeping views into the Grand Canyon.

The trail winds along the edge of the Kaibab Plateau, passing through forests of pinyon pine, Ponderosa, and aspen, as well as rocky terrain and occasional meadows. Along the way, you may encounter wildlife such as deer, bobcats, and wild turkeys.

In the evening, return to camp where your guides will organise camp activities such as tomahawk throwing and games, followed by stargazing under the clear night sky.

At the appropriate time, your guide will transfer you approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes back to Page Airport for your onward departure. Breakfast is included.
