For lunch, savor regional cuisine at Restaurant M7 before continuing to the Edmond Fallot Mustard Factory. Through interactive visual and sensory exhibits, discover the traditional stone-milling process behind Burgundy’s famous mustard and explore the craftsmanship that defines the region’s culinary identity.

Travel north of Beaune towards Nuits-Saint-Georges for an immersive truffle experience in the heart of Burgundy.
Learn about truffle cultivation, preservation techniques, and the economics surrounding this prestigious ingredient before accompanying a trained truffle dog on a truffle hunt through the estate grounds.
Enjoy an exclusive truffle-focused lunch in the Gastronomy Valley before continuing south to Château de Meursault, one of Burgundy’s most prestigious wine estates. Explore the historic cellars and taste wines from renowned appellations including Meursault, Pommard, Volnay, and Puligny-Montrachet.
Later, stop in Tournus to discover the Romanesque Saint-Philibert Abbey and the historic Hôtel-Dieu apothecary.

3
Spend the day immersed in the traditions and culture of Beaujolais.
Begin at Hameau Duboeuf, the first oenopark in Beaujolais, where immersive exhibitions, audiovisual experiences, and interactive displays reveal the history and craftsmanship behind the region’s wines.
After a traditional lunch, continue to Maison du Terroir en Beaujolais for a sensory exploration of the region. Through films, exhibits, and tasting experiences, discover local geology, seasonal gastronomy, village traditions, and the famous Beaujolais conscripts’ festivals celebrating friendship and regional identity.

Meet at Château de Corcelles, a historic wine estate producing Beaujolais white, rosé, Brouilly, Morgon, Fleurie, and Beaujolais Villages wines.
Enjoy an audio-guided visit through the château followed by a tasting of four wines representing the estate’s diverse appellations.
Lunch is served at Restaurant Les Rendez-vous de Bobosse, known for traditional regional cuisine.
Conclude your journey at L’Huilerie Beaujolaise, where you will discover artisan virgin oils, infused oils, fruit vinegars, local honeys, Burgundy spirits, and gourmet delicacies. Taste a variety of oils and vinegars while learning about Beaujolais gastronomy and craftsmanship.
