Our journey begins with a friendly welcome into Cape Town, the “Mother City” and home to South Africa’s creative culture.

For the next few days we base ourselves in the scenic suburb of Clifton, where a privileged atmosphere blankets dramatic mountain slopes and high-rolling Atlantic waves. With the beach just steps away, we’ll find the perfect balance between having an adventurous city stay and soaking up the afternoon sunshine and scenery.

Taste your way through the local craft gins and dine on the amazing food served at Cape Town’s top restaurants.

We continue enjoying the balance between city exploration and coastal relaxation in Cape Town.

With the excitement building, we enjoy a scrumptious breakfast with our last views across the Atlantic, then make our way to the airport for our flight to the Sabi Sand Game Reserve.

This area is well-known for an abundance of wildlife, with leopards frequently taking the spotlight. Our days on safari are fairly relaxed, with morning and evening game drives carefully timed around restful afternoons.

In the evenings, we share our dinner beneath the stars or nourish our souls beside the crackling campfire. Accommodation is at MalaMala, located in a prime part of the reserve.

After our morning game drive, it’s time to set off for the warmer Indian Ocean, characterised by soft white sand and gently lapping shores of Mozambique’s Benguerra Island.

We may like to try our hand at diving or snorkelling, enjoy a rejuvenating massage, dine with our toes in the sand or read a good book in a hammock in the luxury of our elegant beachfront suite.

We continue exploring the tranquil shores and vibrant marine life of the Indian Ocean.

We continue enjoying the relaxed island lifestyle and coastal surroundings.

Feeling completely rejuvenated, we say our goodbyes over a tasty breakfast and head to Johannesburg to board our international flight home.
