A Botswana Migration Routes Expedition

We will land on the African continent in Johannesburg, from where we take an onward connecting flight to Botswana.

We spend the first two days at the water-filled paradise of the Xigera Concession, where we explore the Okavango Delta by mokoro, and camp on a remote island.

We continue exploring the waterways of the Okavango Delta and experiencing its remote island setting.

We then transfer by light aircraft to the Khwai concession in the northeastern region of the Okavango Delta, where we discover the varying habits of the wildlife in this area. Our accommodation here is in a mobile tented camp.

We continue exploring the Khwai concession and observing the diverse wildlife behaviours across the region.

After breakfast we take a short connecting flight northward to the Linyati concession – an exciting region well known for its large cat predators.

We will bed down for our nights spent here in the Linyati: exciting and adventurous.

We take a morning flight in a light aircraft to the Chobe River National Park, where we will enjoy a boat cruise on the river and a light lunch, offering a unique opportunity to observe large herds of elephant, pods of hippos, wild crocodiles, as well as other general game and fascinating bird life. We then make our way by road through the border, and to the Zambezi River.

As a grand finale, we visit one of the seven natural wonders of the world – Victoria Falls. We can also explore the Mosi-oa-Tunya National Park, and soak up the comforts offered to us at your accommodation.

After an exciting and diverse adventure, we make our way to Livingstone Airport to fly home, via Johannesburg, arriving home on the 12th day.
